Strategic Guidelines
BIKiNNOV’s Board of Directors defines the following as strategic guidelines for the entire operation of BIKiNNOV:
- Respect for people;
- Use of the best technology;
- Continuous improvement of everything we do;
- Compliance with legal requirements, regulations and applicable standards;
- Satisfaction of customer needs and stakeholder expectations.
These Guidelines are aligned with the Quality Policy and the Objectives defined below.
Management System Objectives
Meeting the objectives should be seen as a means of improving BIKiNNov’s performance in general and the Management System in particular.
The Management Objectives, defined taking into account the Quality Policy, consist of achieving the following by the end of 2025:
- Maintenance of Accreditation by IPAC, according to standard NP EN ISO/IEC 17 025: 2018
- A level of customer satisfaction of over 85%
- A maximum number of 10 complaints
- Meeting the budget
