BIKiNNOV attends "Encontro Ciência 2024"

BIKiNNOV was present at the “Encontro Ciência 2024”, organized by the FCT, in collaboration with the University of Porto and the Agência Ciência Viva, which took place from 03 to 05 July at the Alfândega do Porto Congress Centre. The aim of the event is to debate and discuss the major issues of science and innovation in Portugal, in an integrated and cross-cutting way.

Under the motto “+Ciência para Uma Só Saúde e bem-estar global”, the meeting aims to showcase and leverage today’s science for the future of the global health and well-being we want tomorrow.

It is a broad platform for meeting, debating and discussing the most diverse fields of science, and the best and most renowned national and international scientists, to share doubts, successes and failures, results and innovations in the search for the knowledge needed to build solutions to today’s challenges and in the search for a healthier, more sustainable, fairer and greener society.

The Science Exhibition was attended by various players in national innovation, including Technology and Innovation Centers and CoLabs, who shared prototypes of ongoing research.

The Centre for Technology and Innovation in the Two-Wheeler Sector took part in the ANI@Science24 session, where an update was given on the Interface Mission, followed by two round tables on “The Role of CTIs and CoLABs in the Innovation Cycle ‘ and ’Internationalization: from Knowledge Chains to the Market”.
