BIKiNNOV receives IPAC accreditation for its laboratory
This May, BIKiNNOV’s Mobility Laboratory, focused on soft mobility compliance, received accreditation from the Portuguese Accreditation Institute (IPAC) according to the NP EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018 standard, demonstrating the Technology and Innovation Center’s commitment to meeting the requirements of the standard and the quality of the laboratory services it will provide.
This seal is a significant milestone for the two-wheel sector, as BIKiNNOV, as a leading laboratory in compliance and development for soft mobility, has received accreditation from the Portuguese Accreditation Institute (IPAC). This recognition began with an audit carried out on December 22, 2023, followed by a careful evaluation, culminating in the decision meeting held on May 5, 2024, where the Technology and Innovation Center received accreditation number L0860. This accreditation is granted under the aegis of the NP EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018 standard, which establishes strict requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories. BIKiNNOV’s commitment to the irrefutable quality of its tests and analyses, guaranteeing accurate and reliable results that are crucial for technological advancement in the mobility sector.
