Cooperation Protocol between BIKiNNOV and Japan Bicycle Promotion Institute
On July 5, 2024, a Cooperation Protocol was signed between BIKiNNOV and the Japan Bicycle Promotion Institute, a Bicycle Industry Promotion Association recognized for its involvement in various projects aimed at making cycling more enjoyable and safer.
This protocol establishes the sharing of relevant industrial and sectoral data between the two entities, including import and export statistics on the production of bicycles and components. This exchange of information will be crucial to promoting innovation and technological development in the bicycle sector.
Through this cooperation, there will be a sharing of knowledge, which will allow technicians from both entities to develop their skills by implementing different approaches and methodologies. This exchange of experiences is essential for the development and creation of innovative solutions.
This partnership will strengthen BIKiNNOV’s research and development capabilities, enabling it to offer increasingly advanced products and services tailored to customers’ needs.
BIKiNNOV sees this step as a form of networking. Participation in partnerships of this nature is part of the Technology and Innovation Centre’s Core Funding Program, the National Innovation Agency’s (ANI) Interface Mission, Action Line 5 – Promotion and Networking, financed by the Recovery and Resilience Program (PPR) and the NextGeneration EU Fund.
