Public Procurement Information
The Public Contracts Code (CCP), approved by D.L. n.º 18/2008 on January 29th, which has been in force since June 30th, 2008, in its current wording, mandates that all purchases made by Public Entities: Public Companies, Municipalities, Ministries, Institutes, among others, must be carried out exclusively electronically on Electronic Procurement Platforms.
In this context, BIKiNNOV has adopted the acinGov Electronic Procurement Platform through a contract with the company ACIN – iCloud Solutions. This electronic platform will allow the disclosure of procurement offers, request and receive proposals from suppliers in the Municipality of Águeda.
Access to the acinGov electronic platform is free and allows consultation, downloading of bidding documents, and submission of proposals. Registration should be done at the electronic address: http://www.acingov.pt. Select “Join” (at the top of the page).
